What the screens show
Conversations and tasks side by side
The Conversations screen shows every call and message with your leads in one place. You can switch between all conversations, phone calls, messages and AI coach answers, search on a name or number, and narrow the list down to today, this week or a longer period. Conversations that are waiting for a colleague have their own tab, and so do the calls that are scheduled.
The Tasks screen puts every task in one list: overdue first, then today and later. Each task shows who it is for and what to do, such as a call, a message to send or an appointment to plan, and you tick it off when it is done. You can look at your own tasks or at the whole club, and filter on a type of task.
Together they answer two questions a team asks every morning: what was said, and what still has to happen. Because both sit on the same person, a colleague who picks up a task sees the conversation behind it.
