Switch it on
Your club decides yes or no. You keep 100% of your price.
Set your price
One price per visit, or a price per service: gym or day pass, group class, personal training. You also set a daily guest maximum and a free cancellation window.
Members book in the app
They find clubs on a map, see club pages with photos and opening hours filled in from your website, pay at booking and get a QR Hub pass.
Guests check in, you get paid
Reception scans the Hub pass. Visits are settled monthly with a credit note and paid out after confirmation.

Is Dialanta Hub optional?
Yes. You switch Dialanta Hub on or off yourself in Settings. It is only in the Club package.
What does Dialanta Hub cost?
There is no monthly fee and no minimum. €1.95 service fee paid by the visiting member per booking, club keeps 100%.
Who can book a visit at my club?
Members of participating Dialanta clubs. They cannot book a guest visit at their own club.
Can a guest cancel?
Yes, for free until the number of hours before the visit that you choose. Later cancellations are not refunded.
How do I get paid?
Visits are settled monthly with a credit note, and the payout follows after you confirm it.
Can I limit the number of guests?
Yes. You set a daily maximum of guests and can switch each service on or off.
Do my members pay more for their membership?
No. Your members pay per visit only when they book a visit at another club.
