Buy class cards and packages in the app
Members buy class cards, day passes and personal-training packages themselves in the club-branded member app, from the Cards & packages tile.
How it works
- Members buy class or strip cards, day passes and personal-training packages in the app and pay via the club's payment link.
- The card is issued automatically once it is paid.
- Visits or classes are deducted at check-in or booking, and PT sessions when the trainer marks the session as done.
- The club decides per product whether it is sold in the app or only at the desk.

The screens behind this page
The member app is what members use on their phone. The home screen is their starting point, the schedule screen is where they book classes, the plans screen holds training and nutrition, and the profile screen holds their own details.
On your side, the members screen lists the same members, so what a member does in the app and what your team sees belong to the same member file.

The AI coach and AI menus work inside the app, and AI answers members' questions; the right colleague gets a task when a person is needed. Medical questions go to a human.
What you confirm
Your team follows up the tasks and decides what is sent as a push notification. Dialanta never pays, deletes or bulk-sends by itself. AI actions use AI credits, and Club adds 1500 on top of the 1000 in Grow.
Members use your app instead of a stranger's app, so your club stays in front of them every day. The app is Only in Club.

The member app is only in Club, €599 per month per location (Grow + €200). You get 14 days free, the first direct debit only follows after 14 days, and you can cancel monthly.
The app connects to the Training app, the Nutrition app, On Demand, Group classes and Retention. Dialanta On Demand is unlocked with Dialanta On Demand.
