What the screens show
The social media manager at a glance
The social media manager starts with a short checklist that a manager or admin completes once: connect Facebook and Instagram, set the content strategy and language, and add club photos so posts look like your club. After that, the planning tab shows ideas from Dialanta, such as an empty day with no post planned or a new class worth announcing.
One click on Make a post creates a proposal from those ideas, and nothing goes out until you plan it. You can also let Dialanta plan a month based on your group classes, team, club info and photos. Tabs for reactions and photos and videos sit next to the planning tab.
Reactions to posts can become leads, which then show up in the leads list with their follow-up status, so the path from a post to a conversation stays visible for your team.
