What it does

Three things this does for your club

01

Every sale in one place

Products, day passes and cards sold at the front desk are recorded in Dialanta.

02

Pay the way people want

Cash, card through a linked card terminal, your own terminal, or a member's account.

03

Staff stay in control

Only deliberate staff actions create charges, cancel or refund.

01 — The problem

A till that knows nothing about your members.

A separate till means sales that never reach the member's file, and day totals that someone adds up by hand.

Dialanta is the all-in-one AI software for fitness businesses. In Club, point of sale sits next to memberships, so a day pass or a class card is sold to the right member.

It is part of Club, the package for everything after sign-up in Dialanta, the all-in-one AI software for fitness businesses.

06 — Card terminals

Card payments via your payment provider terminal

Card payments use the payment connection your club already has for billing.

How it connects

  • Terminal setup uses your club's existing billing provider connection.
  • Choose a linked card terminal.

What to check first

  • Terminal availability depends on your provider, your account and your country.
  • Terminal hardware and transaction charges come from the provider and are separate from Dialanta.
  • Test a payment on your own terminal during the 14-day trial.

Point of sale is only in Club, €599 per month per location (Grow + €200).

The screens around this page

The laptop shows the till and the phone shows the member app payment screen, both with fictional demo data.

03 — What the AI does here

Sales that add up.

What the AI does

Point of sale does not take payments by itself. Every charge, cancellation and refund is a deliberate action by your staff.

What you confirm

Dialanta never charges, cancels or refunds a sale automatically.

Every sale is recorded, and the day closes with totals. Point of sale is Only in Club, at €599 per month per location.

The difference

Without vs with Dialanta

Without Dialanta

  • A separate till that knows nothing about members
  • Class cards and day passes sold on paper
  • Day totals added up by hand

With Dialanta

  • Sales next to members and memberships
  • Class cards and day passes sold to a selected member
  • Daily totals and closing the day in Dialanta
