03 — What the AI does here
Full classes, calm team.
What the AI does
The AI answers members' questions about classes by WhatsApp, SMS or the member app, and the right colleague gets a task when a person is needed.
What you confirm
Your team decides on substitutes and timetable changes. Dialanta never pays, deletes or bulk-sends by itself, and medical questions go to a human. AI actions use AI credits, and Club adds 1500 on top of the 1000 in Grow.
Members see the schedule and book themselves. The waiting list fills the empty places, and the schedule on your website stays up to date.

Group classes are only in Club, €599 per month per location (Grow + €200). You get 14 days free, the first direct debit only follows after 14 days, and you can cancel monthly.
Classes work together with the Agenda, the Member app, Class feedback and NPS, Website forms and Retention.
