These terms & conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use Dialanta’s software, services, and website.
By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.


1. About Dialanta

Dialanta is a service provided by 4Select B.V., located at Aartsdijkweg 23b, 2676 LE Maasdijk, The Netherlands.
Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK 63737817).


2. What Dialanta does

Dialanta is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that automates communication, lead follow-up, and CRM workflows.
You can access Dialanta through your browser. No software installation is required.


3. Subscriptions and payments

  • Dialanta is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription.
  • You can try Dialanta for 14 days free. After that, your subscription automatically continues based on your chosen plan.
  • Payments are processed automatically via the payment method you select.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.


If payment fails, your account may be suspended until payment is received.


4. Cancellation and termination

  • Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time.
  • Yearly plans run for 12 months and can be cancelled after the contract period.
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period.


You can export your data before your subscription ends.


5. Fair use and responsibilities

You agree to use Dialanta responsibly. You will not:

  • Send spam or unlawful content;
  • Violate data protection or anti-spam laws;
  • Misuse the platform for fraudulent or unethical purposes.


You are fully responsible for all communications and content sent through your Dialanta account.


6. Intellectual property

All software, content, and design remain the exclusive property of 4Select B.V.
You receive a non-transferable license to use Dialanta during your subscription.
You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the software.


7. Data export and retention

You can export your data at any time.
After termination, we retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for recovery or export.
After that, your data is securely deleted.


8. Data processing & privacy

Dialanta acts as a data processor under the GDPR, while you (the customer) act as the data controller.

We process personal data only to provide and improve our services. We comply with the principles of the GDPR and the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Dialanta available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Planned maintenance or third-party disruptions may cause temporary downtime.


10. Liability

Dialanta and 4Select B.V. are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages,
  • Loss of profits, or
  • Data loss caused by external factors or user error.


Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months.


11. Updates and changes

We may update these Terms and our services from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you by email.
Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.


12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be handled by the District Court of The Hague, The Netherlands.
